First Roast

I’m not sure if first roasts are always the best, but I made one last night in our new oven that turned out pretty well.

It’s so awesome finally having a proper oven in the house and we can expect the range hood to be installed early Feb once Tiler has finished. Then the kitchen’s done and there’s no more excuses 🙂
